The Bible

We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, perfect, authoritative Word of God.​ (2   Timothy 3:15-17)

The Trinity

We believe there is one true God, existent in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, each serving different functions while possessing equal power and authority. (Ephesians 4:4-6)

The Father

We believe God is our loving Father, the Creator and ruler of the universe. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present, never-changing, completely trustworthy, and holy. (Genesis 1:1, Genesis 1:26-27, Hebrew 13:5b; Malachi 2:10)

The Son

We believe Jesus Christ is the son of the living God.  We believe in His deity, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father in heaven, and in His personal return to reign with all power and glory as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (​Matthew 1:23; John 1:1-4,14,29; Acts 1:11 and 2:22-24; Romans 8:34; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 1:1-4 and 4:15)

The Holy Spirit 

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with understanding of spiritual truth and guidance, while convicting people of their sin.  He comforts us, gives us spiritual gifts, and makes us more like Christ. The Holy Spirit's presence assures us of our relationship with Christ. (Acts 1:8; Romans 8:14-17; 1 Corinthians 2:14; Galatians 5:22-25; Ephesians 1:13-14)

Salvation

We believe that salvation is the free gift of eternal life given to those who believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, who was crucified, died, buried, and then resurrected, as sufficient payment for our sins. (Romans 10:9-10; John 3:16, John 14:6 Ephesians 2:8-9)
